LIVIZA kerbs are manufactured using a wet mix design. In this process, the concrete mix is made with the correct proportions of cement, sand, aggregates, water and additives for better workability or strength. The mixture is thoroughly mixed to achieve a uniform consistency of the curbs with a minimum compressive strength of 35 MPa.

The curbs are manufactured using quality control and quality assurance systems under the supervision of engineers.
